How does it work ?

emisspro® high-emissivity coatings enhance heat transfer by allowing surfaces to radiate energy efficiently across a broad wavelength range. This reduces the interference of CO₂ and H₂O in the flue gas, allowing more heat to reach the process load and improving overall thermal efficiency.

When flame radiation strikes a high-emissivity surface, the energy is absorbed and re-emitted as black body radiation, transferring heat more effectively through combustion gases with minimal loss. As a result, fired heaters operate more efficiently—reducing fuel consumption and significantly lowering CO₂ and NOₓ emissions.
