How does it work ?

emisspro® high-emissivity coatings are designed to maximize radiant heat absorption and emission on process tubes in the radiant section of fired heaters. By forming a thin, durable ceramic layer, the coating improves heat transfer efficiency and keeps tube surfaces cleaner for longer periods.

With greater radiant energy absorption, more heat is transferred directly to the process instead of being lost through flue gas. This leads to significant energy savings, reduced fuel consumption, and lower CO₂ and NOₓ emissions, contributing to overall GHG reduction and sustainable operation.

In addition, emisspro® coatings protect tube surfaces against oxidation, corrosion, and carburization, maintaining thermal conductivity and extending service life. Their stable, high-emissivity surface also enables accurate tube metal temperature readings, ensuring safer and more efficient heater performance.
