Ceramic production process uses kilns for firing of their products to sinter their raw materials to required products. The application of high emissivity coatings in furnaces is believed to improve the heat transfer from combustion to the product inside the kilns that results on effectively increase radiation heat transfer and save energy without compromising process reliability and safe operation.
