Mr. Piyavudh Vonglertvidhya, Commercial and Marketing Manager of Texplore joined knowledge sharing session focusing on furnace management at European Ethylene Producers Committee (EEPC) seminar on 26-27 February 2020 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

 

In the session, Texplore has introduced a new feature of CiBot™, coil inspection robot, which was developed to measure carburization, which is a major contributor to tube bristling, ruptures, and leaks; bulging, and bowing levels in furnace coils. These measurements are key indicators that will help engineers to analyze and optimize maintenance strategy and tubes’ life assessment for cost minimization and safety improvement at work.

 

European Ethylene Producers Committee or EEPC was founded in 1996 with the purpose of providing a platform for the exchange of non-confidential information relating to the health, safety, and environmental issues encountered in the production and handling of ethylene. EEPC holds an annual meeting for members and ethylene producers.
