Experts from Texplore Co., Ltd. have delivered a furnace refractory coating service for three furnaces in the refinery of Bangchak Corporation PCL, using emisspro^® T-Series and R-Series, which help improve fuel efficiency and reduce energy consumption by at least 2%. The coating material also decreases greenhouse gas emissions and extends the lifespan of pipelines and the insulation inside the furnaces. This marks the first time emisspro^® T-Series was applied to a refinery customer.

 

emisspro^® is a coating material that maximizes furnace efficiency and reduces energy consumption. It is available in two series: emisspro^® T-Series for tubes, which is designed to enhance thermal efficiency and extend the lifetime of pipelines in furnaces, and emisspro^® R-Series for furnaces, which improves the strength of refractory substrates in industrial furnaces. The efficiency is synergistically enhanced when the two products are used in tandem.
