A high emissivity coating material used for applying on the internal refractory surface of furnace walls that results in increasing radiation efficiency. In general, emisspro® R-Series is used to maximize and stabilize the emissivity over varying process temperatures, thus
promoting rapid and efficient heat transfer, uniform heating and extended refractory life. emisspro® R-Series contains materials capable of absorbing and re-radiating thermal energy. emisspro® R-Series is design to provide high coating film strength, higher abrasion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, thermal expansion characteristics similar to their intended substrates, and adequate bond strength with the substrates.
